These encompass chalky uplands to the West of Sleaford and Fenland to the East.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Clicking on the walks will allow you to download information and a sketch map in PDF format to print out. The details can be used in conjunction with an Ordnance Survey Map if you so wish.\u00a0 This series of walks were originally developed by Hugh Marrows for Lincolnshire Waterways Partnership and the Trust are grateful to be able to reproduce them.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-63-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-63-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-63-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Walk 1 <span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8\u00bc miles (13 km)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">From Sleaford to North and South Rauceby to find the source of the River Slea.\u00a0 This is a walk on urban and country footpaths, farm tracks, green lanes, meadows and one arable field.\u00a0 Short muddy sections.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sleafordnavigation.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Walks\/Walk-1-revised.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Walk 1<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Walk 2\u00a0<span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6\u00be miles (11 km)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">This is a walk by the Sleaford Navigation from Sleaford to Ewerby Waithe although the footpath has recently been blocked at Ferry Farm it is therefore advisable to only walk the Sleaford to Haverholme section.\u00a0 Initially along a surfaced towpath in Sleaford but otherwise grass with some muddy sections.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sleafordnavigation.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Walks\/Walk-2-revised.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Walk 2<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Walk 3\u00a0<span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6\u00bc miles (10 km)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A linear walk starting at Ferry Bridge, near South Kyme and finishing at Chapel Hill Bridge.
